By booking an appointment with The Tooth Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Cancellations

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

2. Service Eligibility & Safety

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to receive treatment.
• Health Disclosure: You must accurately complete our health intake form. We cannot treat clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have active gum disease or untreated cavities.
• Professional Advice: Our services are cosmetic. We recommend seeing a dentist for a check-up prior to whitening to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy.

3. Results & Disclaimers

• Variable Results: Teeth whitening results vary significantly between individuals based on genetics, age, and lifestyle habits. We do not guarantee a specific shade of white.
• Existing Dental Work: Whitening treatments only affect natural tooth enamel. Fillings, crowns, veneers, or bonding will not change colour.
• Sensitivity: Temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation is a known side effect of whitening. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

4. Payments

• Full payment is required at the completion of your treatment. We accept EFTPOS and Credit Card.
• All prices are in NZD and include GST.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, The Tooth Spa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the treatment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
